Heal Yourself / Heal the World

Come experience a beautifully constructed evening regarding Self & Global/World Healing through powerfully energetic avenues of yoga, meditation, and sound.
Yoga Instructor & Healer, Chelsea Giudicy will guide you safely through her Yoga Flow class to bring your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual states to peace, love and joy. Then she will move our collective consciousness by a guided meditational journey, to channel pure forces of light directly into our global world community for positive transmutation and transformational healing. 75 min.
After a 15 minute intermission, Eluv will extend our Self Healing with her Crystal Bowl Sound Journey. The tones produced resonate into our inner being thus purifying and detoxifying our blood and internal organs. The sound vibration balances our chakras and tunes our body to a higher frequency where miracles and self healing occur. The result is a full body energetic rejuvenation and positive transformation. She will end the sound session with a mantra/chant for Global/World Healing. 60 min.

Comments: I had no idea what to expect when I attended a crystal bowl event recently. I imagined it would be like when people play crystal wine glasses to make lovely sounds – but little did I know I was in for mind blowing experience!
Eluv made us feel so welcome and explained the process clearly – inclusive and warm. We lay down for the 1 hour experience and Eluv asked that we devote the time to an ‘intention’. I had come with a muscle strain injury that had been causing me physical and mental distress – so I was sure that I would be devoting whatever healing benefits might come to that.
I can’t really describe with words the profound experience that followed – a sort of pure sonic bath of the most pure and healing kind. Sometimes I just felt compelled to move my hands to the injured part of me – to direct the sound to that part. At one point a tremor went down the left side of my body – a wonderful release of of tension . Sometimes, some of the sounds just made a smile of pure joy appear of my face! It felt so precious to just lay there and smile!
At the end of it I was clear about the things I needed to do to help myself heal and I felt calm and centered. What can I say! I don’t want to over think it – it was an experience I will not forget.
