Comments: I had no idea what to expect when I attended a crystal bowl event recently. I imagined it would be like when people play crystal wine glasses to make lovely sounds – but little did I know I was in for mind blowing experience!
Eluv made us feel so welcome and explained the process clearly – inclusive and warm. We lay down for the 1 hour experience and Eluv asked that we devote the time to an ‘intention’. I had come with a muscle strain injury that had been causing me physical and mental distress – so I was sure that I would be devoting whatever healing benefits might come to that.
I can’t really describe with words the profound experience that followed – a sort of pure sonic bath of the most pure and healing kind. Sometimes I just felt compelled to move my hands to the injured part of me – to direct the sound to that part. At one point a tremor went down the left side of my body – a wonderful release of of tension . Sometimes, some of the sounds just made a smile of pure joy appear of my face! It felt so precious to just lay there and smile!
At the end of it I was clear about the things I needed to do to help myself heal and I felt calm and centered. What can I say! I don’t want to over think it – it was an experience I will not forget.

WHERE TO BEGIN. ELUV’S SOUND JOURNEY WAS SO TRANSFORMATIONAL.
I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A RARE AUTO-IMMUNE DISORDER 16 YEARS AGO RIGHT OVER MY HEART CHAKRA. I REALIZED AFTER THE CRYSTAL BOWL MEDITATION THAT MY INJURY IS RELATED TO MY HEART CHAKRA. I NEVER PUT TOGETHER THAT THE ONSET OF MY ILLNESS CAME JUST AS I MY MARRIAGE WAS BECOMING DEEPLY TROUBLING. I AM CONFIDENT THAT WITH WORKING TO CLEAR MY HEART CHAKRA, MY ILLNESS WILL SUBSIDE.
BEFORE ATTENDING THE SOUND JOURNEY, A RELATIONSHIP I HAD WAS TROUBLING ME; IT JUST DIDN’T FEEL RIGHT. WHEN I AWOKE, THERE WERE THINGS THAT I KNEW THAT I DIDN’T KNOW BEFORE THE SOUND JOURNEY BEGAN. ONE OF THE MESSAGES I RECEIVED WAS TO SPEAK THE TRUTH REGARDING THIS RELATIONSHIP. THE RESULTS WERE AMAZING! I HAD BEEN TROUBLED AT NIGHT WITH THOUGHTS ABOUT WHAT TO DO. NO LONGER, I SLEEP LIKE A BABY, AND I KNOW I TOOK THE CORRECT COURSE OF ACTION.
